Trosa Ceramics / Bengt Wall / Bird Couple Figurine / Imperfect

This bird figurine was produced by Trosa ceramic/Trosa kiln for a short period between 1956 and 1966.
It was made by Bengt Wall. He was born in 1914 in Lund, famous for its university. He established his kiln in 1956 and was active until his death in 1966, primarily producing charming birds that live in Scandinavia.
His handwritten signature remains on the back of the bird.
This lovely little bird has a cute light blue and brown speckled pattern.
It is a popular item among collectors even in its home country.
This particular one has a flaw on its beak, but the body is in very good condition.
