This is an owl figurine produced by Trosa Keramik/Trosa pottery during a short period from 1956 to 1966.
It was made by Bengt Wall. He was born in 1914 in Lund, a city famous for its university. He established his pottery in 1956 and worked until his death in 1966, primarily creating charming small birds found in the Nordic region.
His handwritten signature remains on the back of the small bird. It's a weighty, impactful piece. This is a rare item that is not often seen.
