Nittsjö / Thomas Helström / Bold Little Bird Figurine

Introducing a small bird that seems to want to say something, colored on a rough, bumpy concrete. The chest is purple, and the head and wings are a deep indigo. The tips of the wings are turquoise blue, creating a beautiful color scheme, and the balance with the natural color of the body is superb. White dots accent the eyes and wings. The design is believed to be by Thomas Hellström. Nittsjö is a historic ceramic kiln founded in 1843. It still produces trolls, terracotta figurines, and other items today.
Thomas joined Nittsjö in 1958 and has produced many sculptures of squirrels, moose, and wild animals. Born in America in 1924, he is from Gothenburg, Sweden's second-largest city. His works are very popular among vintage fans.
