Introducing a Rotslöjd basket with a lid, a traditional handcrafted item from northern Sweden, handmade by the Sami people.
It is crafted by processing Björkrot (birch roots and stems) into a string-like material.
This is a meticulously crafted item that requires a great deal of effort and time.
This particular basket has a lovely amber color that gives it a vintage feel.
The design originally incorporated different shades of purple, which are woven into the base, lid, and body.
This rustic and warm basket would make a wonderful addition to any room as a charming interior decoration.

Regarding shipping details, for items under 2kg, the shipping cost is 1800 yen; for items under 1kg, it is 950 yen. For single items such as doilies, lace, and cloths under 250g, the shipping cost is 600 yen. We have set competitive shipping rates, so please enjoy your shopping with peace of mind.
