For shipping costs, we display prices inclusive of shipping for all products. Regarding shipping details, for items weighing 2kg or less, the cost is 1800 yen. For items 1kg or less, it's 950 yen. For single items such as doilies, lace, and cross stitch items weighing 250g or less, the shipping cost is set at 600 yen and displayed in the price. Our postage rates are set to be economical, so please shop with confidence.
Please note that parcels weighing 2kg or less will be shipped as "letter mail, untraceable."
For customers who have purchased expensive items, such as Lisa Larson products, or who wish to track their package, you can select either international express mail (tracking only) for an additional fee of (900 yen) or (1800 yen), or REK2000 (trackable and insured). These options are available for purchase in the category section. We encourage you to use them.
Please be aware that our shop cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit. If the outer cardboard box is already damaged upon arrival, please contact the post office immediately before opening the package.
