Introducing a charming boy figurine made of ceramic from Rutebo Leksand, dressed in the traditional folk costume of Northern Sweden.
Rutebo was founded in 1956 by Rut Carla Landsröm Rutebo and her husband as a ceramic studio.
They produced many small animal and child figurines, which are popular with collectors in Sweden.
This is a delightful object called Turgubbe, which means "boy who brings happiness." The name is engraved on its back, and Rutebo's signature is also engraved on its foot.
