Introducing a ceramic figurine of a woman wearing the traditional folk costume of Northern Sweden from Rutebo Leksand.
Rutebo was founded in 1956 by Rut Carla Landsröm Rutebo and her husband as a ceramic workshop.
They produced many small animal and child figurines that are popular among collectors in Sweden.
Her name is Kari. She is wearing a long apron with her hands on her hips, and she has a somewhat playful expression. Her name and the Rutebo signature are engraved on the bottom.
