Rörstrand/Inger Persson/Owl Piggy Bank

Introducing an owl piggy bank designed by Inger Persson for Rörstrand Atelier.
The piece features a slightly reddish bisque body with her characteristic round blue eyes, which are particularly eye-catching.
Inger Persson was one of the most famous ceramic designers of the 20th century. In the 1960s, she worked at Rörstrand, creating various objects, ceramics, and ceramic plaques.
This is a rare piggy bank that is not often seen.
