Introducing art glass objects from the Birds series by Oiva Toikka for iittala/Nuutajarvi.
This is the smallest size, Hippianen/Golden Crested Kinglet, which is a small wild bird.
It has a faint luster on the surface. There are several small, fine glass specks. The base is dark brown with a slightly matte, fine grainy surface with fine green and light blue specks. The head is transparent, and the neck separation appears purple. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork made by a handmade glass artisan.
