Lomma Keramik/Lomma Ceramic/Gunnar Hansson/Owl Figurine/White

We are pleased to introduce these owl figurines, of which there are many types in Sweden. Each piece is carefully crafted with special attention to the clay, glaze, and firing process.
The design is by Gunna Hansson, a ceramic artist.
He was born in Lomma, southern Sweden, in 1913 and passed away in 2007.
He owned his own workshop and created many birds and owls.
His small bird works are magnificent, appearing as if they could move at any moment. In winter, with their white plumage, they are the wise sages of the forest, quietly standing amidst the trees.
