This is an introduction to our bird figurines, which capture the characteristics of small birds and are intricately crafted. Each piece is carefully finished with attention to the clay, glaze, and firing process.
The design is by Gunna Hansson, a ceramist.
He was born in Lomma, southern Sweden, in 1913 and passed away in 2007.
He had his own workshop and produced many birds and owls.
His works are wonderful, utilizing the characteristics of clay to create small birds that look as if they could move at any moment.

(Condition): No noticeable chips or cracks. It is in very good condition for a vintage item.
As these are handmade, there are differences in color and expression between individual pieces.
