Jie Gantofta/Staffan Johnson/Candle Holder/Vitsippa

Introducing a candlestick holder from Jie Gantofta, featuring a design of pure white windflowers (Vittsippa) covering a blue background.
The design is by Staffan Johnson. He is known for creating many ceramic plates and objects, such as his series of Swedish wild birds, but pieces like this floral candlestick holder are extremely rare.
In Swedish forests, at the end of April, these windflowers bloom, covering the forest floor in white and emitting a sweet, delicate fragrance. This candlestick holder captures that lovely image.
As shown in the images, displaying it with a "flower girl" figurine will create an even more wonderful space.

(Size): 13cm x 11cm

(Country of Production): Sweden

(Designer): Staffan Johnson

(Period): 1967 - 1970s

(Condition): There are no noticeable chips or cracks. There is a small red pen mark in one spot. As Jie's ceramic plates are handmade, there may be slight distortions, but these do not detract from their appearance when displayed. Please understand that this is part of their handcrafted charm.
