Introducing a stoneware Pekingese figurine from Jie Gantofta's Kennel Series. This is a meticulously crafted handmade piece, very true to life.
It's a Pekingese with beautiful white long fur and an adorable face.
The design is by Maria Ericsson.
The charm of Jie lies in the completely different styles between artists, even within the same company, such as Annika's work.
Jie is well-known for its ceramic plaques and female single-flower vases, but they also produced these Kennel Series pieces, which are rarely seen and very rare.
Being made of stoneware, it has a substantial weight and a robust construction.
