Introducing an art glass object from the Birds series by Oiva Toikka for iittala/Nuutajarvi.
This is a Little Tern. Among Oiva Toikka's birds, the Little Tern has a wide range of colors. Although iittala currently continues to produce the Little Tern, this particular piece was made by Nuutajarvi. The red is slightly brighter than cranberry.
On the bottom, there is a signature by Oiva Toikka/Nuutajälvi.

(Condition): There are no noticeable chips or cracks. Although not visible at first glance, there is a small scratch on the back when viewed at an angle with light. Overall, it is in very good vintage condition with the label still intact. There is a signature on the bottom. Since each piece is hand-blown by a glass artisan, some bubbles may occur within the glass, varying from piece to piece.
