Ifö (Ifoo), along with Gustavsberg, is a manufacturer of ceramics for kitchens, toilets, and other applications.
This piece depicts a woman bathing, with a favorite book in one hand and a small bird perched in the palm of the other.
Alternatively, with the wavy pattern, it could be a mermaid in the sea.
The pale, beautiful blue on the rectangular ceramic is stunning.
There are holes on both sides.
It includes the artist's original signature.
