Introducing two miniature pale green and beige birds and a leaf ornament from Höganäs.
Höganäs is a very historic ceramics manufacturer that has existed since 1797. A distinctive feature is that their products are made of stoneware, which has a finer texture and is arguably a more durable material compared to other ceramics.
The design is by John Andersson. He was a leading figure at Höganäs, a designer active in the same era as Bengt Frieberg and Gunnar Nylund of Rörstrand. He created numerous miniature series of works.
These charming pieces have a lovely rounded shape and presence. We are selling a set of birds and leaves in different colors: blue, green, and beige-brown.
His works are exhibited in the National Museum of Sweden and elsewhere.
These are rare pieces, popular among collectors but not often seen in the market.

For items under 2kg, unless otherwise specified by the customer, we will ship them as letter mail. Customers who are concerned are recommended to purchase REK2000 (registered mail) with tracking.
