Introducing the Pyro teapot from Gustavsberg.
The design is by Wilhelm Kåge.
He worked at Gustavsberg from 1917 to 1960 and created many tableware items.
Among them, this Pyro is particularly famous.
It features dark brown flowers, and is also available in green and blue. In 1930, Pyro released what was then an innovative oven dish.
He fell ill in 1960 and passed away, entrusting his legacy to Stig Lindberg.
Being an older piece, this Pyro teapot is quite rare.
