Introducing the Pyret cup & saucer from Gustavsberg. The Pyret set is a miniature version of the Pyro model. It was originally sold as a toy for children's pretend play.
The design is by Wilhelm Kåge.
He worked at Gustavsberg from 1917 to 1960 and designed many tableware items. It is very rare for children's toys to have the same design as tableware, and the quality is also the same. It is now a highly sought-after collector's item. This is the first time we have received two sets of these cup & saucers. They would be adorable if used as egg cups.
