This is a ceramic plaque from Gustavsberg, featuring "Ryttare/Horse Riding" from the UNIK series by Lisa Larson, a famous ceramic artist also well-known in Japan. The UNIK series remains highly popular in Sweden and is traded at high prices among collectors. This series has a total of 9 different motifs, and this particular plaque features a design with a glossy olive green background, with men and women in floral-patterned clothing riding horses amicably, rendered in varying shades. Horse riding is a very popular sport in Sweden; if you ask a girl what her dream is, she will almost always say that it's to own a horse. You often see people enjoying horse riding in forests and by the sea. Since no two pieces are exactly alike due to the nature of the glaze, how about inviting a unique UNIK piece into your home? For packages weighing less than 2kg, shipping will be via "letter post without tracking".
