This is an elephant ceramic plate from the UNIK series by Lisa Larson, a famous ceramic artist in Japan, from Gustvsberg/Gustafberg.
The UNIK series is still highly popular in Sweden and commands high prices among collectors. There are a total of nine different motifs in this series. This particular ceramic plate is a wonderful piece with the elephant's color being a blend of light pastel blue and pale green.
