This is a vintage cat from the Stora Zoo series, a masterpiece by Sweden's renowned ceramist, Lisa Larson.
Two years after the launch of the Little Zoo series, the Stora Zoo series was designed, featuring a total of 12 types of animals. While the Mia cat is a long-selling item still in production today, this cat, along with the moose, was a popular item produced from 1958 to 1978. The cat's expression and unique form truly showcase Lisa's wonderful and distinctive artistic world.
Due to the handmade nature, each piece has its own unique character with variations in texture and color that occur during manufacturing and firing.
This cat is quite large, so displaying it in your room will make a significant impact.
