Introducing a lovely elephant from the Noah's Ark series, designed by Lisa Larson for Gustavsberg and produced for a short period from 1979 to 1983. The Noah's Ark series consists of 10 animals themed around partnership. In addition to this elephant, there are penguins, giraffes, squirrels, camels, walruses, lions, and more. The charm of this item lies in the contrasting colors of the front and back; the front uses glaze and is white, while the back remains unglazed. It is a heartwarming piece depicting an elephant couple snuggled together front and back. This is the first time this elephant has arrived at our shop.
