This is the Gustavsberg 1977 Mother's Day plate.
Mother's Day plates have been produced since 1977. Mother's Day in Sweden is at the end of May.
This plate was designed by Kaj Beckman. The entire plate is adorned with viola flowers.
On the back, there is a drawing of viola flowers with the message "To Mother."
The design is hand-painted over a copperplate print.
It is new, unused, and comes in a box.
