Introducing a bird figurine that captures the characteristics of a small bird and is intricately crafted. Each piece is carefully finished with a focus on the clay, glaze, and firing.
The design is by Gunna Hansson, a ceramist.
He was born in Lomma, southern Sweden, in 1913 and passed away in 2007.
He owned his own workshop and produced many birds and owls.
The birds look so lifelike they seem ready to move, making for a magnificent piece. This particular type is entirely glazed, with a light yellow body and a bluish-black head. We have two in stock. Please specify which one you prefer if you wish to purchase.

(Condition) : No noticeable chips or cracks. The glaze has intentionally dripped onto the chest area. The condition is very clean for a vintage item.
