Regarding shipping details, for items within 2kg, the shipping fee is 1800 yen. For items within 1kg, it is 950 yen. For single items like doilies, lace, and cloths weighing within 250g, the shipping fee is set at 600 yen, and this is reflected in the displayed prices. We have set the postage fees at a good value, so please enjoy your shopping with peace of mind.
Please note that parcels within 2kg will be shipped as *letter mail with no tracking*.
For customers who have purchased Lisa Larson items or high-value items, or those who wish to track their package, you can choose traceable international express mail (for an additional 900 yen or 1800 yen), or REK2000 with tracking and insurance. These options can be purchased from the category section. Please consider using them.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, our shop cannot be held responsible, so please be aware of this in advance. If the outer cardboard box is already damaged upon arrival, please contact the post office immediately before opening it.
