EGO was a company that existed from 1966 to 1988. EGO was founded by Gösta Olofsson. Willi Fischer was born in Austria and moved to Sweden in 1948, where he worked at Rörstrand's plaster workshop. There he met the founder Olofsson. Fischer was active at EGO from 1966 to 1969.
