Introducing the very popular Madame & Monsieur ceramic plaques from EGO/Ego. EGO was a company that existed from 1966 to 1988. EGO was founded by Gösta Olofsson, and Willi Fischer, born in Austria, moved to Sweden in 1948 and worked in Rörstrand's plaster workshop. There he met the founder Olofsson. Fischer worked at EGO from 1966 to 1969. In addition to Madame and Monsieur, the ceramic plaques with charming, imposing faces are also popular. The part that hangs on the wall is made of thick leather. This is a great value 2-piece set.
