Arabia/Pomona/Jam Pot/Lingonberry/No Lid

Introducing the Pomona jam pot from Arabia, well-known even in Japan.
This jam pot was manufactured between 1965 and 1975.
The designer is Raija Uosikkinen.
In Nordic countries, various berries picked during the short summer are made into jam and carefully preserved and eaten throughout the winter, as if reminiscing about summer.
Eating these berries from this vessel during the long, dark winter can certainly lift your spirits.
Pomona features nine different patterns: strawberry, blueberry, lingonberry, gooseberry, plum, orange, honey, currant, and apple.
This is a jam pot with the lovely reddish-purple lingonberry pattern, but it does not come with a lid.

(Condition): No noticeable chips or cracks. There is a protrusion on the upper rim that occurred during manufacturing. Overall, it has a good luster and is in very clean condition for a vintage item.
