This is a Moominpappa figure from the Moomin figurine series, made by Arabia in the 1990s.
It is now out of production.
Each piece was carefully hand-painted by an artisan.
This is the matte, non-glossy type.
It is a popular collector's item that has been released four times: in the 1950s, 1990s, 2010-2013, and from 2017. This Moomin is a small size made in the 1990s. Unopened. This time, Moominpappa, Moominmamma, and Moomin have arrived as new, unopened, unused items.
