Arabia/Arabia Helja Liukko-Sundström/Helja Liukko-Sundström Ceramic Tile

Introducing a slightly larger ceramic plaque from Arabia, featuring charming blue circular flowers and sparkling stars, complete with a hook for wall hanging. The design is by Helja Liukko Sundström. She joined Arabia in 1962, moved to the art department in 1967, and created many ceramic plaques. By around 2000, she had produced nearly 200 different works. Her motifs combine Finnish nature, wildflowers, buildings, and animals, with rabbits and penguins being particularly popular. Her works are highly artistic with a very fairytale-like touch.
