Arabia/Helja Liukko-Sundström/Ceramic Plaque/Viola/With Hook/32cm

Introducing a vertical oval ceramic tile from Arabia, with a hook attached for wall display.
The design is by Helja Liukko Sundström.
She joined Arabia in 1962 and moved to the art department in 1967, where she produced many ceramic tiles and ceramic objects.
By around 2000, she had created nearly 200 different works.
Her motifs often combine Finnish nature, wildflowers, buildings, and animals, with rabbits and penguins being particularly popular. Her highly artistic works with a fairytale touch are very appealing.
This particular piece, covered in many viola flowers, is a lovely work that viola lovers will adore.
We have just received three ceramic tiles by Helja.
Their size is neither too large nor too small, making them a striking addition to any room.
