Introducing a beautiful ceramic plate from Arabia, featuring a stunning bouquet of crimson roses.
The design is by Helja Liukko Sundström.
She joined Arabia in 1962, moved to the art department in 1967, and produced many ceramic plates. By around 2000, she had created nearly 200 different works.
Her motifs combine Finnish nature, wildflowers, buildings, and animals, with rabbits and penguins being particularly popular in Japan.
Her highly artistic works with a fairytale touch are very appealing.
The red roses have a pearlescent finish, making this a ceramic plate with a very beautiful color.
Since it has a pearlescent finish, it reflects light, so the image might appear uneven.
It comes with a hook so it can be hung on a wall.
