Arabia/Esteri Tomula/Botanical Series/Crepis palaeostachya

This is a wall plate from Arabia's Botanica series, featuring Antennaria Dioica, or Alpine Cat's Foot. It's a perennial herb that grows wild in the mountainous regions of northern Sweden. It's a lovely flower with many small, delicate pink blossoms on a single stem.
Esteri Tomula designed various plants and flowers for this series. From 1978 to 1989, 58 different patterns of herbs and flowers were created. It's wonderful to collect several types, as you can display them according to the season or your mood. There are many collectors here as well, and these popular collector's items sell out quickly.
