This is a wall plate from Arabia's Botanica series, featuring Sorbus Aucuparia, or rowan blossoms and berries. In the forests of Northern Europe, rowan trees are found everywhere, and there is a saying that if the rowan trees bear bright red berries in autumn, that winter will be cold.
Esteri Tomula designed various plants and flowers. From 1978 to 1989, 58 different patterns of plants and flowers were created.
These are popular collector's items with many collectors here, selling out quickly.
