This is a Little My (Lilla My) Moomin figurine series, made by Arabia in the 1990s.
It is now out of production.
Each one is carefully hand-painted by craftsmen.
It was created with the approval of the original author, Tove Jansson, and her brother, Lars Jansson.
This is now a rare collector's item that is difficult to obtain.
