This is a 1979 Mother's Day plate from Gustavsberg.
Mother's Day plates have been produced since 1977. In Sweden, Mother's Day is celebrated on the last Sunday of May.
This plate features a design by Kaj Beckman, with roses covering the entire surface.
On the back, there is a depiction of roses for mothers. This time, we have received two types of new, unused Mother's Day plates in boxes.
They are hand-painted over copper plate prints.
New, unused, and comes in a box.
