Introducing the Solbritt deep oval plate, 26.5cm, from Uppsala Ekeby Gefle.
"Sol" means "sun" in Swedish, and the plate is adorned with charming yellow flowers around the rim. With its deep shape, this plate is perfect for dishes like curries and stews. We have just received two pieces of this plate, manufactured and sold between 1946 and 1956. Although old, they are in excellent condition. This series is rarely seen in the market.
