Introducing a mug from Royal Copenhagen, created to commemorate their 200th anniversary from 1775-1975. This is a very large mug, holding a little over 1 liter. The design is by Nils Thorsson. He was a designer born in Sweden who worked on Royal Copenhagen's decor. He received a gold medal at the 1926 Paris Exposition, also known as the Art Deco Exposition. Starting in 1967, famous artists have designed these mugs every year, and they are still items that have many collectors worldwide. It can be used as a beer stein or as an interior decoration.
