Lomma Keramik/Lomma Ceramic/Gunnar Hansson/Bird Figurine/Blue Glaze

We are pleased to introduce bird figurines that are precisely crafted and capture the characteristics of small birds. Each piece is carefully finished with attention to the clay, glaze, and firing process.
The design is by Gunna Hansson, a ceramist.
He was born in 1913 in Lomma, southern Sweden, and passed away in 2007.
He owned his own workshop and created many birds and owls.
These magnificent bird figurines look as if they could move at any moment. This particular one has a light blue glaze on the body. The blue of the wings and head, and the contrast with the black, are very beautiful.

(Condition) : No noticeable chips or cracks. In very good vintage condition.
