Introducing a bird series ceramic plaque from Jie Gantofta.
While Jie Gantofta is known for many floral ceramic plaques, this is a bird series that still exists in Sweden, sold as a series based on their respective habitats.
The designer is Staffan Johnson. He has mainly created ceramic plaques of birds and animals found in Sweden. His observations are very thorough, and the depictions are precise.
These are three ceramic plaques: the European robin, found in the Halland region; the Canada goose, which moves in large groups with its companions every morning and evening at this time of year; and the osprey, the county bird of Södermanland.
