Introducing a Blå Husar bowl from Gustavsberg, designed by Stig Lindberg, a leading designer of Nordic design. Blå means blue, and Husar refers to cavalry originating from ancient Turkey. Lindberg's work is characterized by inspiration and a playful sense of humor. The charm of this piece is undoubtedly the blurred effect, as if the blue is floating on water. The backstamp also reads "Flytande Blått" (Floating Blue). Each hand-painted decor evokes an atmosphere similar to Japanese indigo dyeing. This piece is also suitable for serving Japanese cuisine.
