Gammalgård Sweden is a series of works from Rut Carla's own workshop, started before Rutebo Leksand was established. These pieces date from the 1940s to the 1950s. Rut's works from this period are characterized by the use of glaze and a slightly larger size compared to those produced later. This is a charming, rustic, and profoundly endearing cat. Works by Gammalgård are now rare and not many remain.

Introducing an adorable brown ceramic kitten from Rutebo Leksand. This is a very rare cat wearing a large blue ribbon, and it's slightly larger than the cat we introduced recently.
Rutebo was established in 1956 as a ceramic workshop by Rut Carla Landsröm Rutebo and her husband.
They produced many small animal and child figurines, which are highly sought after by collectors in Sweden.
