The design is by Rosa Ljung, popular for her bird and cat figurines.

(Condition): Many DECO products have fine crazing, and this item also has some faint crazing, but it does not affect its practical use. There are no noticeable chips or cracks, and it is in beautiful condition for a vintage item.
